Pre Order On Front End
We are happy to introduce the PRE ORDER feature for the Distributor Version!
As you already know, when customers log in to your website, they are able to see prices and place orders. If a specific material interest them, but they don´t want to actually place the order at that moment, they can just submit a pre order.
It means that no order will be created and the slab will remain available on the website.
On the Frontend
First of all, your customers need to select the slabs and add to the cart.
Once finished, They have to hit view cart and then submit pre order.
On the Backend
1 – Check the pre order under Orders > List of Pre Orders
2 - Fill in all the relevant information for the order, change the status from “to confirm” to “confirmed” and set the slabs as hold.
3 – Next, hit confirm on the top right side of the Pre Order page:
4 – Now that the order is confirmed, you can find it under list of order. You can generate invoice files and send to the customer from the same page.
Under the Customers Tab, there is a very interesting feature which can guide the build of strategies in order to close the deal.
The Login Tracker allows you to keep up with the clients’ clicks on the website.
Customer > Login Tracker - By clicking on the green cart, you are able to see which bundles were viewed, which ones were added to cart and so on.
